This complex, designed for one of the marketing companies of the largest automobile manufacturer of Turkey, TOFAS, has a total of 10.000 m2 of area which includes a show-room, an administration building, a service building and a main spare parts storage building. The buildings that sit on a land of 40.000 m2 face the E-5 highway, and have an impressive and visible image that can easily be seen from both directions of the highway. To secure the exhibition of the cars in a continuous space with a large span, the steel roof slab of the show-room is hung with steel bars to a single pillar. This suspension system, visible from the outside is made even more distinct by the use of a transparent facade giving a free-standing effect.

TOFAŞ’ın binek otomobillerini pazarlayan kuruluşlardan SUR OTO için Beylikdüzü'nde tasarlanan bu kompleks, show-room, yönetim binası, servis binası ve ana yedek parça deposunu kapsar ve toplam 10.000 m2 inşaat alanına yayılır. E-5 karayoluna cepheli, yaklaşık 40 dönümlük arazi üzerine oturan kompleks, bu yolun her iki yönünden etkileyici ve kolay algılanan bir görünüşe sahiptir. Show-room üst örtüsü, otomobillerin büyük açıklıklı, kesintisiz bir ana mekânda sergilenmesini sağlamak amacıyla, tek bir pilona çelik borularla asılan geniş bir çelik saçaktan oluşmuştur. Dışarıdan kolayca algılanabilen bu sistem, saydam bir cam cephe yardımıyla yerden tümüyle koparak, askı sistemini daha da belirginleştirir.
