A very special tourism complex is planned at Tsikhisdziri, a suburb of Batum, at the southeast corner of the Black Sea.

The site is in an large established botanical garden located in an area with a unique microclimate that stretches inland from the sea shore. Prestigious hotels had been built in the area at one time. Now three hotels covering an area of 800.000 m² and having a total capacity of 450 beds (200+160+90), and facilities for 150 day visitors are planned.
