The building is located at a point close to the first Bosphorus Bridge, between the sea and the road. Six living units were designed with 2 flats on each floor. The design aimed at harmonizing with the character of the old Bosphorus buildings. The purpose was realized to the extent the building regulations allowed. A swimming pool is placed on the seaside; the garden and parking facilities are located on the road side.
