HAS Architects is one of the leading design firms in Turkey with 40 years of knowledge and experience in national and international projects of various sizes.

 

With a team of 3 generations working together and open to innovations, the company has realized sustainable and people-oriented projects at international quality standards that require experience in working with large teams and BIM coordination. In addition to the architectural design work of various buildings such as hotels, hospitals, universities, offices, residential settlements and renovations that require a high level of expertise, the firm has also realized numerous interior designs and applications especially for office and bank buildings.

 

HAS Architects received the Turkish Chamber of Architects' National Architecture Award in 1990. Anadolu Health Center project was a finalist in the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) "2006 ULI Excellence Awards" competition. Aegean Hills project achieved the CNBC International Property Awards and Homes Overseas Awards Gold Medal in 2007. The Ekoyapı project won the World Architecture Community 2008 Award and became the first architectural firm in Turkey to receive this award. ING Bank IT and Operations Center project received 2012-2014 “Gold Beam Award” of the Turkish Precast Concrete Association. Crystal Tower was listed 7th in the world in Emporis' 2014 tall buildings ranking, and later received the  Chicago Athenaeum International Architecture award in 2016.

 

HAS Architects has maintained successful partnerships with renowned international architecture firms Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) in 1993, Rees Associates in 1999, NBBJ in 2003, Pei Cobb Freed & Partners in 2006, Llewelyn Davies Yeang in 2007 and RMJM in 2009.

 

HAS Architects was Turkey's first design firm to become BREEAM green building assessor and is the first and only firm with Evidence Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC).
