Al Bidda Park Celebration Pavilion Extension Project is a protocol grandstand designed to be used during parades on the national holidays of the country. The project process required all stakeholders to work in extraordinary interaction and coordination, as both the design and construction were expected to be completed in as fast as four months. At the request of the Client, the ceremonial area was designed as an ultra-sleek and elegant piece, masking the monumental cantilever of 120m by 20m. The canopy starts with a 1,5m tall steel truss and ends with a sleek line at the visible edges. The design was specially detailed to expedite the construction; however, at the same time, luxury and technological quality was also a priority in design for the comfort of senior political leaders.
