The research and development complex is located on Bogazici University Kandilli campus, home to an Observatory built in 1868, as well as Institutes for Earthquake Research, Biomedical Engineering and Theoretical Physics. Designed on 4 separable buildings of flexible lab use, the complex is planned to serve as an incubation center for innovation.
