The buildings on Levent-Maslak road, the new development axis of Istanbul, are generally designed as unpretentious and ordinary prisms. Although there is a significant potential for pedestrian flow in the area, the buildings are generally closed off and inward-looking.
In this 3,000 m² project, conscious and bold architectural decisions were made to break this vicious circle, almost rupturing and diagonally elevating the building by installing an flamboyant glass canopy from the basement to the first floor.
