58 semi-detached houses of 4 different types were planned at a green and steep site highlighting the existing natural landscape and economical, functional use.
To offer the best views of the landscape, the houses were laid out in two rows taking advantage of the slope. This allowed the houses at the upper row to have clear views of the landscape, and also provided ample area for front gardens.
Spacing of the houses was determined by city construction codes. Thus, special emphasis was placed on the interior planning to provide privacy in a dense layout.
A garage planned under the green strip between the two rows of houses protects the site from the visual pollution of cars, also offering direct access from the garage to the houses.
