Designed as a contemporary student dormitory in Istanbul, the project comprises approximately 12,000 m² of built area distributed across 3 blocks. Responding to the urgent demand for increased student housing in Istanbul, the scheme optimizes efficiency through carefully planned room configurations while enriching daily life with generous common living areas and dedicated study spaces that foster interaction and community.

With around 500 rooms, the residence accommodates more than one thousand students, offering modern amenities and a vibrant living environment that supports both academic focus and social engagement.
