Located in Riva along the Black Sea coast, the site spans an area of 1,600 hectares. The project consists of 552 ha of residential, 552 ha of government, and 240 ha of private developments. Put up for competition by the Istanbul Metropolitan Planning Center, the project was prepared by HAS in collaboration with Ken Yeang. It’s proximity to metropolitan areas of Istanbul provides an easy escape from a hectic lifestyle, to a more preserved natural environment.
