(SOM - HAS Joint Design)

This unbuilt project intended for Etiler, one of the prestigious districts in Istanbul deals with a high density requirement on very valuable land without changing the natural topography of the land. The buildings are designed in a fragmented style similar to the suburban structure of the district. The natural topography of the site was recreated with the new buildings. The project has a 100.000 m² shopping mall including 2 department stores, cinemas, restaurants, many shops and a 4.000 car parking area.
