Located on Rudaki, the most prestigious street of Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, the building is situated on one of the main intersections of the city. Many concept drafts were prepared for the project to be built on a location, which is so important for the identity of the city, and the project was finalized after careful evaluation of the drafts, together with the local authorities and the investor. In addition to making the shopping center a center of attraction for urban residents, slight curves and points of attraction have been created in the architecture to direct pedestrian traffic from the main street Rudaki towards the building. In the 52,500m² project, the 25-storey offices, consisting of 3 circular towers, will be used as the corporate headquarters of the investor company.
