The 5.870 m² doctor lodging and 5.475 m² conference center is located within a hospital campus in Tripoli, Libya. The main aims of the project were to create an energy efficient building while providing shelter from the hot desert climate, and offer modern service technologies.

The 8 storey lodging consists of 48 studio flats and 3 seminar rooms, seating 40-80 people, for educational activities. The conference center has a main hall for 290 people, together with various sizes of meeting rooms and service areas.
