The building which is located between the sea and the road comprises 3 stories and a basement. The two brothers who own the land preferred a symmetrical building with equal emphasis on both sides. Two duplex living units are placed on the ground and first floors. On the other hand, two symmetrical flats are designed for the family's two grown-up children.
