As one of the iconic buildings of the Asian side, the relationship that Altower would create with its neighborhood as well as with the distant viewpoints of the city was very important. The design aims to integrate the existing streetscape and the park with the property. The facades present a clean and elegant mass from afar; while also aiming to blend in the nearby streets and neighborhood. Facade strips made of natural plants, split the building into pieces proportional to the existing neighborhood pattern while carrying the green to the upper floors. The system evolves into lighting at a certain point and enables the planted façade to be observed even from distant points at night.

The transparent opening of the entrance lobby to the garden allows the entrance to be integrated with the landscaped front yard. The lobby with its double height and gallery increases this effect.
