With the purpose of the showing and selling of building products under one roof ARASTA includes sales and exhibition areas of various sizes. The total land area is 13.800 m² and the construction area is to be 52.000 m². 20.000 m² to be designated for shops and 17.000 m² for the offices.
The majority of office buildings in Istanbul are constructed allowing for under 1.000 m² per floor. Considering the demand for offices with larger area, each floor of ARASTA offices is in excess of 1.000 m² enabling fewer floors to be built, retaining the overall feeling of a business park while reducing fear of possible earthquake.
