Denizbank IT and Operations Building is located in Istanbul Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone and has a total area of 27,613 m². The site has a 6 m difference in elevation between the two streets it fronts and is accessed from two different roads.
The locality in which the project is located does not have significant environmental references. The topography and the wooded green area separating the plot from the neighboring parcel were the data that could guide the design.
Denizbank IT and Operations Building Project follows a human-oriented design approach that is geared towards the wellbeing of the employees. In addition to the functional requirements, the following features were targeted:
- Sustainability and energy efficiency,
- Providing a visual distinction in the Organized Industrial Zone,
- A catchy and impressive architectural design with a symbolic language unique to Denizbank
