This project was started in 1974 to design tourism and sports related buildings at Aksaray, Istanbul. On an area of 21.630 sqm, a 200 room hotel, a movie theater accommodating 950 people, a theater accommodating 500 people, a shopping center, a swimming pool, bowling alleys, garage and parking were planned. Because the Municipality of Istanbul wished to make their own plan similar to this one and encompassing the entire Aksaray - Yenikapi area, the proposed project was put off. Due to the Municipality's incapability of completing their plan, the proposed project did not have a chance to be realized.
